Extra Details: The movie https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/4614-the-sum-of-all-fears should be part of the Jack Ryan collection. I can't add it to the collection because it is locked.

I did now, and James Bond collection is the perfect example, cited in the guidelines as an exception.
I'll create a local collection, thanks for answering Banana.
