Much like National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation 2 is not included in the Vacation collection.

The fact that a movie is a TV movie or not has nothing to do with its inclusion or not in the collection.
Is it a sequel of the previous one or not ? On IMDB, it is listed as a sequel.
As visible in IMDB, this one is a spin-off, not a sequel.
