'Io no spik inglish' is not a movie about Fantozzi, therefore should not be included in the Fantozzi Collection. From Wikipedia.

Are these movies sequels or just movies featuring the same character? If the latter, the collection should be deleted and a list should be used instead.

Yes, these films can be considered sequel: same actors, same characters. Fantozzi it's a film series, like Harry Potter, Star Wars, etc
