He's played a character with that name eight (8) times! (here's his TMDb profile page).
I checked out his credits on that 'other site' & only found seven (7). As for all of his movies, I have only seen 'Training Day', he played a character named Moreno (don't remember him)?

In Training Day, remember that crazy scene in which Alonzo (Denzel Washington) left Jake (Ethan Hawke) with Smiley (Cliff Curtis) and his hoodlums? Noel Gugliemi was one of the thugs there.

Barely, it's been many years since I saw this. But I remember what a damn good job Denzel did with this role, Alonzo was evil with no redeeming qualities!
Here is one scene where they show Moreno (start at about 4:40).

Yep!

These guys did a good job of capturing the gravitas that Noel brought to this scene, born of authenticity that is actually rather scary, himself having previously been a gang member.
Reminds me of a story Don Cheadle tells about his experience on the set shooting Colors. They had real gangsters in the scene as well, and one night while struggling to get a scene down, he told the guy to "shut the F up, for real" and the gangster said "What? Nigga I'll smoke you right here in this car", and he wasn't kidding!

I've only seen him in 1 film, the super low budget but oddly entertaining Cruisin' (2014) in which he played a character named Officer Hernandez. No first name but that's a Hector if I ever heard one! 🥂
