Very under rated and below the radar. Val Kilmer was outstanding in this.

Yes, I just got out of prison and redommend it. California prisons and usa in general are nightmares full of mentally ills and junkies. worst experience ever.

Sorry to hear what you saw and went through. Have you seen the movie Shot Caller yet? Its by the same writer and director of Felon. Both similar. Its also very good
