I missed it in theatre and watched it on my tablet, on a flight, with headphones... even without the scale of a theatrical experience it was mesmerising...
Very ambitious movie, visually interesting, but in service of an intimate story, yet one which is universal as well... Certainly a movie that asks you to be engagged with it in order to get the best out of it...
Interesting to see that Aronofsky today is still doing his own thing and making interesting personal movies as he was when he made The Fountain...
I should get the Bluray and watch it properly, it's been a few years... Have any of you guys seen it?

It's one of my least favorite films by Aronofsky, out of the ones I've seen.

You need to watch Noah. It's so awful it's captivating.
I do love The Fountain. But it is known for being very divisive.

Oh yeah, I did see a bit of that on TV, and it did turn me off. I couldn't finish it. Disappointment.
