Just saw it in 3D! Really enhances an otherwise WEAK entry!

Picked up the 3D Blu Ray at Big Lots for a super cheap $5! I have to admit, when I initially saw this on EPIX (in 2D) I was falling asleep! 
Ffwd to last week when I popped in this 3D BD & WHOA! Very nice 3D fx with the mist & things leaping out! The movie itself is still a weaker entry, but with the 3D fx (not to mention a VERY VERY hot actress playing the mom), it made for good entertainment!

Just check out a YouTube vid of the mom, if she is sexy. I can't deal with this franchise anymore after PA4. I watched the first 3 movies, and was excited to see how the story concluded. To say the very least, I was totally disappointed by #4. I don't think even 3D effects could make me give this one a chance. I am glad to hear you had fun rewatching it though.

Yeah, the series seemed to head to an epic conclusion, but IMO it never came :(
