Today is the most important day in Fine's career - she is playing the lead role in a play and everything is going perfectly. And yet something much more important actually happened that day: Fine was in the emergency room with a suspected malignant tumor. During the premiere party, she realizes how superficial many of her relationships are and her view of her job and priorities begins to change.
