unsightly backdrop for RUSSIA

This backdrop need to be deleted, because all users from Russian don't want to see any text on backdrop. At this moment using media player, by API, it get that unsightly image. Please...

a open add image window

On all edit pages

t open translation selector
ctrl+ s submit form

On discussion pages

w toggle watching status
