Discuss Sing Street

Love this movie. It should have had at least one best song nomination at the Oscars. Pity.

yes love this movie

so 80s and the music was spot on

was the best movie of 2016

This movie is amazing. There's just something about it that makes me love it. And the soundtrack is phenomenal.

I know. It's such a charming movie. Out of the John Carney movies I've seen (including Once and Begin Again), this, I think is his best.

And yes, that soundtrack. Love.

I agree that this is John Carney's best one yet. It just captures so much different music styles and trends from the 80s. Plus the characters are adorable and the plot is simple and sweet. I loved it.

It's an enjoyable film and the music is fun. Jack Reynor's big brother/mentor character was unbearable, though.

Yeah, it was really fun.

His stoner character was spot on, I found him extremely funny.

It was a good wee film but I quickly lost interest during the last third when the songs became more prominent, everything became more far fetched and the band members were relegated to wordless stooges as the brother relationship took centre stage. 6/10
