The Insidious movies are entertaining enough. It's just that they aren't really scary.

They really should make a third Conjuring, with the Annabelle story (the real story), that's shown shortly in the first Conjuring movie. Hell, they actually could keep it going for a while.

I think it's scarier than all of those films. There are some really creepy moments. The Conjuring films are the better overall films just less scary than this one. I'd put this film slightly above the first Sinister and Insidious. It's much better than all of the sequels.

i think the conjuring is over hyped and over rated i mean the only thing i remember is the raising chair with a ghost in the attic.

insidious had that demon and the old lady witch which were creepy as fuck and annabelle 1 had many tension scenes that would build up

The demon was absolutely laughable. Everytime he appeared it looked like I was watching a comedy.

It's better than the original Annabelle, that's for sure. If you like the Conjuring movies, you might enjoy this one.

It's interesting what people think it's scary. Hard to believe some people think Insidious is scarier than The Conjuring.

nothing close to the conjourings or sinister... Not as good as the first insidious, but on par with the latter insidiouses in terms of lack of quality and general level of scares...

It's way better than any Insidious.

In the first Insidious the last part of the movie absolutely ruined everything.

That "devil" was one of the most pathetic things ever made in a horror movie.
