How did Milton know there was going to be a gun fight?When that blonde woman asked him if he wanted to have sex naked he said that he never disrobes before a gun fight.

He just escaped from hell and went after some of Jonah King's people (at the beginning of the movie, with the car thing). Of course people are gonna be after him.
