The CGI Dog?

I can't be alone in wondering what the deal is with the dog. Were they even trying to make it look realistic, or were they going for like a Roger Rabbit kind of thing?

There probably was a real dog under all the CGI. Or maybe all CGI

They needed to add dog emotions, how will you do that without CGI?

Yeah the movie definitely has a Disney tone because of the animation.

Well the only good thing of the movie is that the dog is not talking ... but even without that, too much is too much!
