In a nutshell, this was like a black comedy of Day of the Triffids meets Invasion of the Body Snatchers.
It may sound like something interesting but it had an extremely annoying soundtrack, along with so many plot holes (the main character keeping a Little Joe in her house without being infected?).
I don't mind off-beat, quirky films but this really didn't fly. Shame as it really did have the makings to be something different.

totally agree, premise was semi-interesting, actual film was balls. I preferred The Happening...

Haha I'm not sure it's that bad...I don't think it can get any worse than trying to run away from the wind...

She does not get infected because at no time does she speak friendly to the flower.

I tried to watch this because the premise sounded interesting but had to finally turn it off because of the high-pitched whine that they interspersed into the 'soundtrack'! Even a half-hour later my head is still ringing! Who the hell thought that that was a good idea?
