Thanks @DRDMovieMusings, that has cleared it up. One of my favourite films of all time which I've seen many many times...and I thought something else was said!!

Have to reiterate watching that scene again what great acting all round.

Ripley: "Yes. The only way he could do it is if he sabotaged certain freezers on the way home - namely yours. Then he could jettison the bodies and make up any story he liked."

Hudson: "Fuck! He's dead. You're dog meat, pal!"
