I don't quite understand what you mean. I watched this movie back in 2007, I think. And at that time, the movie was pretty good. Of course, it's a typical action movie with cool, pumped-up agents. But I guess that's how these movies are supposed to be.

That's correct. You can hear the The Third Man's theme when Cage and Slovo walk up to the club, where members of Anarchy 99 are.
