I was expecting more action and more steroids given this was from the director of Nobody and Hardcore Henry. And maybe a fair bit of Cocaine too. Not that I didn't generally enjoy it.
It starts out alright although it's a shame they kill of Sharlto Copley right in the beginning. That dude should get more and better roles. Anyways this movie is too long and is another one of these modern movies that last about 2 hours or more for no real reason. The movie worked fairly well as a "buddy cop" movie, but it takes a nosedive after the first hour or so when the stereotypical and very believable girl boss super agent enters the picture and it just seemed to drag on after that. I should also say that Hollywood should stop trying to make John Cena some kind of a comedy star because he is not funny in any of his movies.
