It was originally released as a theatrical movie. Consequently, it is correctly listed in the movie part of our database.
There is nothing to fix.

I don't know if it's possible to link it to the main tv show because tvmaze or tvdb have listed the movie like that. It's easier to class as a 3rd season in the main how I think.

We only follow the original release. So, there are nothing to change here.
Comparing with other sites is of no use as each site as its own set of rules.
