Sept. 26 is the correct US digital release date as the movie was released tonight at 9 PM ET and is now available on Apple TV+.

not that it actually matters at this point but it released at midnight by time zone on 9/27/24. I only know this because I had to wait to watch it on Apple TV+, I was expecting it after your reply but it wasn't there.

I also confirmed this with apple tv+ support that same evening.

I was able to start it at 9 PM ET without any problems.
