What does he do these days?

Scott Jacoby had a fairly notable acting career in the ‘70s, mostly in TV but also a few theatrical releases. He won an Emmy for the landmark TV movie That Certain Summer - an excellent performance in a still compelling if inevitably dated drama - and appeared alongside Jodie Foster in The Little Girl Who Lives Down the Lane.
Later, he had a recurring role on The Golden Girls as Dorothy’s son.
He seems to have quit acting in his thirties but his Wikipedia entry gives no indication of what he has been doing for the nearly thirty years since. Does anyone have any information on his subsequent life?

Was also wondering whatever happened to S Jacoby.
This sight probably won't shed any new information on that because all of the comment posters also wonder whatever happened to S Jacoby.
But at least it's something for S Jacoby wonderers to peruse.

Thanks for the link Forty! Yes, his whereabouts seems to be a mystery. It's odd -- many more low-profile child actors vanish without a trace into 'normal' life, but Jacoby was not exactly low-profile, and he also has three siblings who are/were also actors. A very strange candidate to disappear without a trace, so I guess it is by choice. Hopefully he's happy, wherever he is!

I just now did a little investigating and found a 2014-2015 IMDb thread in which someone stated, on 10 April 2015, "He's a martial arts instructor in L.A. (and he combines that with selling real estate)."
I did web searches for "Scott Jacoby martial arts" and "Scott Jacoby realtor", though didn't find anything that seems to be for the right person.

Also this is. He's for sure had a nose job since his youthful years.
Here's wife Lyn's Twitter page. Via it, it's evident that the picture at the link two paragraphs above this one is from April 2014, as she posted that picture on her Twitter back then.
Incidentally, IMDb claims that he "Works as a producer and director. Runs a recording studio in Los Angeles.", though those details pertain to this Scott Jacoby, who definitely is a different person - this guy.

Yes, I'd noticed that there was another Scott Jacoby out there confusing matters!
