I deleted http://d3gtl9l2a4fn1j.cloudfront.net/t/p/w150/3sipPf8gp82JTTCbatWBiFnQYpQ.jpg Since profile images are used a lot in small sizes it's a good idea to make sure the face isn't too small (too far back in the picture).
