Really spot-on.
Britney was the FACE of music from 1999-2008, then Gaga became the IT face of music in 2009. J.Lo was at one point (circa 2002-04) the most talked about woman in showbusiness and then Paris Hilton came along.
I feel like Beyonce is like J.Lo from 2002-04 now. Maybe Adele and Taylor Swift are selling more records, but Beyonce's media coverage, fame and exposure is the biggest out of any singer right now.
