About artists' creativity and some not wanting to be label puppets:

Otherwise I'll end up like the artists you've interviewed over the years who you've seen be the biggest artist in the world and then they're like 'I know everything!!' and then they're no longer the biggest. Ironically, I think guys like him who are so concerned about being #1 and being the biggest would most definitely name names if they were told it would catapult them into even bigger stardom.
At this point, he seems like someone who'd do anything for fame.
