it's really annoying to see this wrong picture in the films, I'm wondering that here are so many content problems reported since weeks and no one is working on it, it would be helpful if someone could tell if it would be better to stop reporting now

Thanks for reporting. Do you find a profile image for the actor? I can delete the existing image, but there is no good replacement.

There are a few I found by Google but I still own no photo so I cannot upload one because I have no right to do so
for example this here is Roland Kaiser the actor, he only appeared in movies when he was a child http://www.smago.de/fotos/n61262-profil-m.jpg

Anyone can upload profile image. But the minimum resolution is 300x450. I guess your image is too small. (and frame are forbidden).
