Extra Details: hi, when someone is male and decides to change his Pronouns to she/her - does that affect the gender per se on tmdb? Some user changed it to female here, imdb still has male in there under gender and she/her under Pronouns.
I am confused on that.

Hi! Of course we update the name and gender to reflect what a person currently uses/prefers/identify as when the info is publicly available. You can read the guidelines here.
