She is born in Japan, but has a South Korean name. I assume her name should be "Kim Hyang-ri" then? Or should I keep the current name due to her being Japanese?

The animeproduce page and her twitter handle both user ' Kim Hyangri'. That should be enough. Her nationality should not matter much in this case, just how they prefer their name to be spelled or romanized.
