Except for the Character Desinger credit of the 1971 TV series ふしぎなメルモ [Marvelous Melmo], for which I couldn't find any source:

Plus, according to ANN, Keiichi Ishikura was born in 1965 (yet I don't know the source):
It seems that the kanji for this profile (ID 2617934) was added after the credit of the character designer for Marvelous Melmo, so maybe they're different animators and this credit should be left in this profile and the kanji removed.
