Biography

Iris Svis is a Russian-born actress who found her new homeland in Los Angeles, CA. Her parents introduced her to the world of art through dance and music education. At the age of fourteen, Iris began the successful modeling career that took her around the world and allowed her to witness the diversity and richness of many beautiful cultures. Most recently Iris worked on the new Steven Soderbergh feature, "THE LAUNDROMAT" starring Meryl Streep, Gary Oldman, and Antonio Banderas. Iris also had a chance to collaborate with Phedon Papamichael (an award-winning cinematographer), James Brolin, and Frances Fisher on a film "A BEAUTIFUL DAY" with impressive cast and crew. She has produced a variety of short films and web-series, and now has a few features in development.
