I guess it depends on which show you saw first. Galactica was the first time I saw him so I thought he was great in it. It's kinda like Leslie Nielsen Syndrome. If you saw him in Forbidden Planet first then you probably feel he's out of place in Naked Gun, or vice versa. PS I did think Lorne Greene rocked Bonanza when I saw it years later
