Well, its too much work to report it every time seperately. Should I even report it? Then I'll collect a few and then at some point post all the links in one report
Item: Jeff Conaway Language: en-US Type of Problem: Incorrect_content
Thanks for your report!
Extra Details: place of birth is written with - instead of ,
I changed it.
Well, its too much work to report it every time seperately.
Why is it too much work?!? Does this happen very often when you look at people's pages?
Should I even report it?
Yes, please!
Then I'll collect a few and then at some point post all the links in one report
Honestly, I personally would prefer single reports. The advantage being that they're not lost for later references - you can easily find them attached to the specific person profile.
But I'm not sure if all moderators think the same; I don't remember if that was ever discussed...

Because this way I would have to descibe the problem every time again. Often? no. But I saw it sometimes(I changed it every time I believe). When I actively look for it, a few come together. If it is only sporadically I will report it directly, otherwise I think it is wise to collect the entries.
I think Travis could/should do domething here? Let the Bot change every '-' to ',' or something. Some "place of birth" entries are completely stupid too(never saw it directly) - if you put 1 in the field an entire wikipedia entry and some other things will apear haha. It should be possible to get rid of that.

I'm okay with that. And I think it's enough if you just add "place of birth" in such cases - it should be obvious for all of us moderators.

I'm afraid this isn't a high priority, so it won't happen.

Yes, very recently one of the other moderators asked Travis in the moderator section about implementing an upgrade so that we moderators can clean up that field from all the bad entries and duplicates. (I always get annoyed when I want to enter "Toronto, Ontario, Canada" and forget to use the 4th entry - because the others before are bad.) Travis didn't comment on the post, but 5 other moderators liked it. So, there is a trend...
