I made a new site for tv/movies discussion called Hashed.
Check it out: https://hashed.io
I just launched it yesterday and have about ~500 users on the waitlist.
I'm a software engineer and web developer who's made websites and apps for almost ten years (including one called Crunchyroll)! I started this two weeks ago after hearing about IMDb. Spread the word if you like it!

It's interesting that the images seen in hashed.io search results seem to match the images from TMDb ...
... so I was just wondering, were the images and names and titles primarily obtained from here?

Yep, I'm using TMDb's open API, so it's the same exact data.
Edit: thanks for the reminder, I actually forgot to add TMDb attribution before launching it. I will do this later tonight, Travis. Sorry! :)

P.S. @hashed No need to flood the forums.

Sorry Travis! Let me know how I can help out. You seem to be pretty good and quick at everything though, like adding non-gravatar images. :)

@travisbell
Right-o ...
... But were you happy to hear that several of us
were posting about TMDb on dozens of IMDb boards? (-;
Would some call that "flooding"?

That service was shutting down, it was the wild wild west. I'm happy to let James mention his product here, but for the sake of all our users, they don't need to be notified 6 times about the same thing
