There's only 4 right now, but they can be helpful for those on a computer.
n: Creates a new discussion
r: Replies to a discussion (when you're on one)
l: Jumps to the last post (when you're viewing a discussion)
ctrl+return: Submits a message when you're composing one (new discussion, replying to one)
Are there any others that might make sense?

The new discussion only seems to work when I'm in a thread. Shouldn't it work from the forum view?

How about one for inserting partial quotes when a piece of text is selected?

I agree, a better way to navigate through lots of pages is much more urgent. I quite like how Discourse did it with that timeline scrollbar.
