The Movie Database Support

Hi. Updates on JustWatch on movies or TV shows reflect on TMDb after days. I don't know exactly how long it took, but I see that it is not reflected in TMDb constantly, although days pass. Is this because of the deal you made with JustWatch? After how long do the changes in JustWatch come to TMDb?

It has been too long there are no new movie providers updated esp indian movies, any response from team?

Even old TV series from 2017 such as "13 Reasons why" don't list Netflix as a watch provider for Norway even if it's listed for the same show if you go directly to JustWatch. What's up with that? That can't be just a late update, right?

If I understand correctly, not all countries supported by Justwatch are supported by TMDb.
TMDb supports 63 countries.

What I know is in this information below:

JustWatch Update

JustWatch data is updated once a day.
New movies may take another 1 or 2 days.
That's because it depends on when JustWatch adds it to their Database
and makes it available via API for our daily import.

If so, either there is a problem or JustWatch offers you a limited database. You can see that there are no such problems in Letterboxd or Trakt.

I dont think any movie watch providers have been updated on TMDB in last 15 days or so, i think Justwatch might have suspended TMDB or their is some bug.

Any update from staff?

I am having the same issue.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness was just removed from Disney Plus on TMDb, but JustWatch states that it is still there.

The same goes for a lot of other movies and TV Shows.

Is there any update on this issue?

@ticao2 can you ping someone from staff to take a look at the issue as watch providers has stopped updating from last 15 days

Hey guys,

The issue causing this has been corrected, and as of ~30 minutes ago, we have started syncing with all of the data in the past 2 weeks. It was a bit of a weird one to track down! Everything on the API should be updated within the next ~6 hours.
