If a show is divided in parts, should they be added as separate seasons or as one season?

I'm sorry again. Here it is: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/135157. It will have Part 2 in the future but I can't find any true sources which would explain if it's the second season or the second part of the first season.

Then, we will have to wait until this 2nd part is released and base the decision on the way the network (TVN) broadcast it.
