using TMDB is proving to be difficult if not impossible with many older series like this that are well documented and cataloged at thetvdb database. as a result media server data management cannot use TMDB to properly catalog many old TV shows.

If you read the overview of the series on TVDB, you will see "It began as a series of short films in the 1920s, and was brought to television in the 1950s." That means that they have originally been released as theatrical short movies and have only been converted to a TV series in the 1950 years. There was no television in 1922.
Here, we follow the original release of them as theatrical short movies and list them in the movies part of our database.
