Background didn’t go to Letterboxd

Hi, i’ve submitted 3 films with backgrounds and they’ve all gone to letterboxd, but the backgrounds haven’t. i’ve fixed quality a few times and still nothing.

how do i present a scan of a program saying that it was in a premiere

You provide us with the official link to the relevant festival.
Note that student festivals aren't valid for the addition of the movie here.
