Multiple seasons

According to the zdf website this series has 2 seasons. Episode 1 till 5 are correct, but all the others belong to season 2. So 1x06 should be 2x01, etc.

Sehe ich genau so! In der ZDF-Mediathek sind die Episoden verschiedenen Staffel zugeordnet!

„Friesland“ is an original ZDF series. So why should the ZDF use a different numbering system in their own media library?

I'm asking because seasons are very, very frequently re-arranged. If the episode was originally released as 2x01 you should be able to find proof.

Here you can find all seasons an episodes of the ZDF series „Friesland“ https://www.zdf.de/serien/friesland The order is the same as the aired order. Season 2 began, when one of the main actors left and was replaced by a different character.

I also think that season 2 will start from episode 6 and season 3 from episode 16. ZDF says so!

We have no tools to move episodes between seasons; the episodes need to be re-entered in the correct season, and then the incorrect episodes can be removed.
