Extra Details: Could a “Specials” season be added, please? The “Add new series” option is currently locked, but there is a missing “Episode 0” special episode I would like to add.

If you set the status back to "returning series" then you will be able to add a new season. For specials choose 0 as the season number. Afterwards set the status back to "ended". Hope that helps.
