However, the insurrection army Rebellion and three Kyurangers chosen by the Kyutama are opposing them to protect the people. By an accident, an adventurer traveling through space, Lucky witnesses Chamaeleon Green, Oushi Black, and Kajiki Yellow fighting on the planet Cthros. Lucky decides to become the 4th Kyuranger and they set out to planet Jagujagu to search for the Kyutama.

With Stinger and Champ looking for Scorpio and Kotaro temporarily absent for training, the other Kyurangers' next mission is to rescue the people imprisoned at the Space Dragon Palace Castle.
