Hi bratface! I remember you and think we may interacted previously. I, too am so upset about the shutdown. I went on yesterday and the boards were already gone.

I read the old IMDb boards for, well, basically forever. The early-2000s. I didn't start posting until about 2 years back. Was always great fun, and I miss it already. This site seems to have a lot going for it. Hope to see more conversations starting on individual movie boards.

They shut them down early. They went by GMT. So the shut down happened around 2:00 pm PST (5:00 pm EST) on the 19th!

I have the same name...Lvly_LJ. I don't recall our exact interaction but I know it wasn't negative because I didn't argue with anyone. I mainly posted about Victor never losing, some stuff about Hilary, and wanting Sharon to be written better. Recently I asked if Jack and Gloria did the deed because I missed some episodes.

I don't think that Jack & Gloria actually had sex, since Jack hadn't had any alcohol in a long time I doubt he could actually perform in his condition but I think that Gloria will use it as a weapon against him. Jack is such a weakling, even the times he has had the upper hand with Victor he backs down in the end. I am so sick of the 'dance' between Jack and Victor! I'm hoping Ashley takes over and boots Jack out! But since there was so much talk about John between Ashley and just about everyone in GC, I have a feeling it will come out that John wasn't her father and then all the drama that comes with it!
