In an effort to drum up business at the hotel, the cast films a commercial that elicits an unexpected revelation about Brenda's past. Also: a performance by Tenacious D (Jack Black, Kyle Gass).

The crew welcomes actor Andy Richter, who comes to the hotel to prepare for the role of a bellboy in a movie. But an accidental bump on the head leaves Richter with a case of amnesia, and he begins to believe that he is a real bellboy.
