Indeed, this doesn't have a Season 2 or 3. It seems Season 3 is Vanquished Queens, another series. I haven't found what Season 2 actually is, but it looks like Specials from Queen's Blade series.
If you can help, update the content. I'll try to help once I have more details and information from official sources.
