Netflix is not available in China. However, as can be seen from Netflix's official Simplified Chinese subtitle translation, the zh-cn title of the series should be “心跳为你停”. You can see it if you watch the episode with simplified Chinese subtitles.
At the same time, the Simplified Chinese subtitle files of “Heartstopper.S02.1080p.WEBRip.x265-INFINITY” also include the same title—“心跳为你停”.

Go to IMDB and check the Simplified Chinese Poster (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt10638036/mediaviewer/rm248665089). The title is “心跳为你停” and it's in Simplified Chinese Mandarin, because the same word in TC is “心跳為你停”, they are different.
