Why there is no minorities in the series?

Since it’s Netflix, why is that many Japanese in this Japanese series? No Tyrone or Jamal?

It's Disney and there are rumours of plans for a more diverse season 2 "Shōgun", or a live-action version of the African Samurai Yasuke. Of course, these are only rumours.
