Extra Details: There seems to be something quite wrong with the episode order of The Addams Family (1992). Some episodes do not exist and others occur twice.
S01 has 13 episodes S02 has 8 episodes

What do you mean? I checked the segments, and they are all unique.

Perhaps I did not describe the issue thorough enough. S01 has 13 episodes S02 has 8 episodes. Existing list at TMDB has 23 episodes in S01 and 16 episodes in S02. In other words, TMDB has divided all the sub-episodes (or part of episodes ) and named them as episodes. This is unfortunately incorrect.
For example: Little Big Thing, Little Bad Riding Hood and Metamorphosister are all part of episode 13 and could be described as 13a, b and c. But they are not different episodes and should not therefore not have different episode numbers such as 21, 22 and 24.
But perhaps this is the way TMDB structures its episodes...

TMDb splits cartoon segments. It's explained in the Contribution Bible.
