But the existing episodes will first have to be reordered and renumbered as all the episodes should be listed in broadcast order (and not separated per story arc).

The TV show Air'd 6 different cartoons at the same time. There are techincally 6 season 01's and 6 season 02's for this TV show. I'm updating the air time now. Will that mess anything up when I start duplicating air dates?

Oh, ok I see, at the top of that page you linked: Add New Episode. Thanks! I'll fix episodes 1-54 air dates before adding any more.
