As you can see by the link you have posted, "The Knockout" has its own series page on the Bravo TV website.
Consequently, it should be listed as a separate series and not as special episodes here.

If you look at the last page of the description of the Top Chef Duels page you can see that "The Knockout" is the online companion to get back in the show. This would indicate that it's special episodes for Top Chef Duels.

No, that doesn't mean this.
"The Knockout" has a separate series page, so it should be listed separately.
