I disliked season 7a so much that I'm barely excited. Negan will be in only 3 episodes in season 7b and I must admit it's a relief. I don't like the way JDM plays the character.

Who would you prefer?

I'm a huge fan of JDM and was very excited to know he would be Negan and then disappointment. I don't like the way he moves - he almost seems to dance - the way he speaks with pauses every 3-4 words. I have the feeling to see a clown during a show instead of a real character. As a result, I don't find him scary, I don't find him charming, I don't find him funny - I'm a woman. That and the bottle episodes have ruined season 7a for me. I found s6b amazing, the best ever and s7a the worst ever.

fair enough... I agree the bottle episodes were not only a bit slow but also there were too many of them. hopefully as the season plays out well see more of more.

Yeah looking forward to the premier. I'm European so I have to wait til monday night. As a comic reader I'm expecting all out war.

You're coming from Imdb, am I correct? I do. Do you get your spoilers from TSDF? I tend to avoid them so I just read the synopsis of episodes 9 to 13 and I'm dearly concerned.

Then you know why I'm concerned. No more bottle episodes but they seem to slow down the show again.
