tWD just isn't the same without A Governor/Negan level adversary.

I'm sure it will. I think the war will last long into next season as well. The problem is just how long will it continue? I don't see how the show can go on much beyond that.

I have a feeling that it will end after a couple of episodes. Just going by the way things seem to be moving ahead, I don't think it's going to last much longer. They always seem to have a way to drag things way out, then end it quickly. Just remember the whole deal about getting to that one place(Can't think of the name right now) that seemed to drag out forever, but when they get there they are cannibals, and it only lasts for the last episode and the first episode of the adjacent seasons. Then with the Governor's town, that lasted forever, only to end all in one episode, with the Governor quickly dying.

I honestly don't like things drawn out too much. It's all a way to save production costs. The show is better when they are constantly walking, IMHO, which is why I like the way FOTWD is going. It reminds me of any Steven King novel, ala The Stand or The Gunslinger.
