I thought I was the only one wondering about that ^ ^ Could it be something she lost from the first visit from the Saviours when they went through the houses?

It was a reference to Michonne losing her virginity.

There was the episode in Season 3 Episode 12 named Clear. It was when Rick, Michonne, and Carl went back to Rick's home town and found Morgan. At the end Michonne found a cat statue. Not sure what happened to it, but that was what Rick was referring to.
